{"id":2368,"date":"2014-11-17T12:10:08","date_gmt":"2014-11-17T17:10:08","guid":{"rendered":"http:\/\/toddsingleton.net\/chronicle\/?p=2368"},"modified":"2014-11-17T12:10:08","modified_gmt":"2014-11-17T17:10:08","slug":"xerox-is-destined-for-failure","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/toddsingleton.net\/chronicle\/2014\/11\/17\/xerox-is-destined-for-failure\/","title":{"rendered":"Xerox is destined for failure."},"content":{"rendered":"<p>Investors always search for information regarding company and product health.\u00a0 I don&#8217;t know how in the hell anyone could hold single share of Xerox.\u00a0 Just look at the problems this company is facing.<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Being sued by states of <a href=\"http:\/\/www.democratandchronicle.com\/story\/money\/business\/2014\/08\/27\/texas-sues-xerox-medicaid\/14676233\/\" target=\"_blank\">failure to secure medical records<\/a> per Medicaid legal requirements.<\/li>\n<li>Losing <a href=\"http:\/\/www.law360.com\/articles\/287210\/google-exits-xerox-suit-over-search-patents\" target=\"_blank\">lawsuit attempts<\/a> aimed at Yahoo and Google a few years ago.<\/li>\n<li>Ongoing software failures, some involving security issues that I demonstrated myself.<\/li>\n<li>Replenishment software failures leaving them unable to fulfill consumables contracts.<\/li>\n<li>Slowing sales.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>Seems like a sure loser to me.\u00a0 Xerox seems to be on the path of the dinosaurs, reminding me of Kodak.\u00a0 I started to throw up a little about Xerox when I found out they <a href=\"http:\/\/abc11.com\/archive\/9351098\/\" target=\"_blank\">called police before laying off 500 people<\/a> just before Christmas in 2013.\u00a0 They worship at the altar of the unearned dollar and can&#8217;t even get that right.\u00a0 Once the proud inventor of the mouse, Xerox is now nothing but an embarrassment in the office.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Investors always search for information regarding company and product health.\u00a0 I don&#8217;t know how in the hell anyone could hold single share of Xerox.\u00a0 Just look at the problems this company is facing.
