Unfortunately I learned the hard way how bad spam can get if you put a legitimate email address on-line anywhere. Monster.com screen scraping killed my inbox at my old address.
So, this post is to declare the absence of any available email address on this site. You can contact me by leaving a reply at the bottom of this page if you need to get in touch and don’t know me well enough to have my cell number or gmail address.
I will use the email address you provide to post your comment to get back in touch. Thanks.
Update: You can now text the word INSIGHT to 50500 to receive my Contxt SMS business card.
Just browsing for my own name, and found your site. I’m also Todd Singleton. We have a few more similarities… I lived in NC while attending Duke, 1994-1998. I also work in IT, but on the development side. I work for IBM Tivoli Storage Management. I see you use Veritas instead. But working on a new open source Storage Management product – Aperi (google search it). Anyways, hello.
I have seen you pop up before when doing searches on our name. You played basketball for Duke. I recall a web site that contained something about Computer Science at Stanford also. Funny thing is I turned down two jobs as a contractor for IBM in RTP.
Another Todd Singleton also contacted me by email a couple of years ago. He owns a couple of Deli’s in PA and used to ride mountain bikes during the time I was still racing.
And I found yet another who is the President of an entire company called Singleton Industries in CA. They make marking materials like custom coffee cups.
Hey Todd,
How are you? I got your website while browsing. Are you interested in this offer.

Hi Todd, I am an old friend of Spyk’s, and I was hoping you could help me. I’m trying to find out details on the funeral service. All I know is that its tomorrow (friday) but I don’t know the exact when and where. Spyk was a very important person in my life and I really need to be there. I need details as soon as possible so I can leave Asheville first thing tomorrow. If you could email me the information I would be very grateful. Thanks so much.
Just had to drop a note after reading about your pal Rick Stacy. I am one of the now 12 victims of his scam and am about to head into Small Claims for my case against him. He won’t be there because he has been in jail for the last month or so and has a couple more weeks to go. I am not surprised at your experience at his house. Apart from being a compulsive liar (even at the expense of using his children to fluff up his lies), he is a complete criminal who thought he had found the magic loophole. Well, now he is caught – DA has like 20 felony cases against him, he was just indicted by a grand jury, and it looks like they will finally be able to implicate his mother as well.
Amazing how some people just go the wrong way. Thanks for your insight!
All I wanted was a dvd called “Somewhere in time” and I got scammed by HMS MOVIES AND SMARTSAVINGSCENTER.COM. I ordered the dvd July 5, 2009, but I got three $19.95 charges on my credit card statement that I got on July 20th. My credit card company (A T & T Universal – Citi) will not dispute these charges because they say any charges before the membershiop cancellation, I must pay. Nebraska attorney general’s office has attempted to get in touch with Smart SavingsCenter.com, but has not been able to get any response. I wrote to the Florida Attorney General’s office and they do not answer my letters. My A T & T Universal card is based in Jacksonville, Florida and Sioux City, S.D. and I wonder if my credit card company is associated with SmartSavingsCenter.com. Is Jacksonville , Florida close to BocaRaton, Florida?
Did you get any help from the Florida Attorney General’s office?
I sent a letter to AARP recently. Do you know if the AARP will do anything about SmartSavingsCenter.com?
Is the only thing left to file a class action lawsuit? Have you filed a class action lawsuit against SmartSavingsCenter.com? Should I file complaints against Xacti Corporation or SmartSavingsCenter? The Nebraska Attorney General’s Office has a complaint against SmartSavingsCenter.com. Should I tell the Nebraska Attorney General that the name is Xacti Corporation? Thank-you.

Todd…just went through your site with more time (I posted a comment back in July re: Rick Stacy). I just finished the comments on your friend Spyk and I appreciate your level-headed, yet strong opinions.
Just 2 things: Maria’s comments re: Ricky…she is a family member. And I have his wife’s maiden name for the poster that was being bombarded with people thinking she was his wife. We are still waiting on a firm date for his mother’s extortion hearing (there have been 3 dates all continued).
Please contact me if you are interested in a position in the Piedmont Triad for a Systems Architect for a growing company (REdHat/ RHCE, my SQL).

Would you be interested in a contract at Sears in IL?
Hi Todd,
I did a search for Soma Smoothie flat bar and came to your site. I see you had that set-up earlier this year and then switched to a drop bar set-up. Was it not comfortable? What size stem did you use?
Thanks for any advice you can give. I’m thinking of doing something very similar.
